Andrew innocently announces that his family is leaving/moving. I have to admit, I don't know if it whether it was that I've never felt this way or that if I had I wasn't paying attention - but man...I can't put words to my emotions.
Have you ever run across someone who is present to almost everything they do. They quietly do things because they know its the right thing to do. Not only that but they are almost always doing and thinking for others. Deliberately and patiently.
Some of you might be saying, "Why yes, I have. Why so surprised Jarret?" I would answer, I have only met, served with or run into very few. Still fewer are my friends. And only a handful are my brothers.
Andrew is one. Being with him 3 days a week has altered my perspective. What an example. A man of steel and velvet.
Thanks Andrew.
Life is brilliant!

Yes, Jarret, that was an emotional blow for me too. And I must echo your thoughts and feelings about Andrew. However, I have another in my life just like that: it is YOU!
I am humbled to read your comments. I have been taking stock of the caliber of people I have associated with and will be missing. I will miss being in the same ward but I will not miss an opportunity to remain close with such high caliber people. I have truly been spoiled to be surrounded by such God fearing/loving men, women, and families. Life is grand, friends like you make it that way.
We merry few . . .
Good friends are priceless.
Love ya Jarret!
